What is it that our customers really want?

Recently I was asked to write a short piece for the monthly newsletter of Campus Computer Resellers Alliance. After some thought, I decided to write a piece that captured some of my recent thoughts and perspectives stemming from articles, developments, conferences, and discussions. The short article has already generated a few e-mails and I think it poses an important question for stores to think about more broadly -- what is it that our customers want? I am planning another posting to this blog in response to one of the e-mails I received in response to the article.
